SAVIT was founded in 1996 as a Subject Matter Expert engineering firm organized to support munitions, armaments, and weapons technology development, prototyping, manufacturing transition, and legacy programs. Since that time, we have grown into an Armament Systems firm providing engineering, development, and manufacturing solutions for DoW and industry partners. We design, fabricate, integrate, produce, inspect, and test products that successfully transition from an initial concept through qualification and fielding. We additionally retain a strong institutional knowledge base in legacy munitions systems and are an SME in this field. SAVIT also provides technical, financial management, and project management support services that are crucial to the successful execution of the DoW mission.
